We understand that buying shoes online can be a nerve-racking process given shoe sizes vary across brands. So here at ninenine we want you to be confident that you will get the perfect fit when you order our shoes. That’s why we have a “Shoe Size Guarantee”. In the rare event that you are unhappy with the fit of your shoe, we will process a one-time free exchange. You will not be required to return the original shoe to receive a free exchange under this policy. To prevent abuse of this policy there are some conditions that apply, namely:
- Free exchanges are confined to the same style of shoe as originally ordered. For example, a black toe high-top men’s can only be replaced with a black high-top men’s of the same design.
- Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange. We highly recommend customers always refer to the sizing charts provided – particularly for larger and smaller sizes as we are not able to exchange a shoe for a size we do not produce.
- Requests to replace must be received within 30 days of original item being delivered to customer.
- Refunds will not be issued for sizing disputes, only exchanges are allowed - however in the instance where the largest size we stock is too small for your foot then we cannot offer an exchange a refund will be processed.

• US Orders
If an order has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 60 days since the order was processed you may request a refund or have the order resent free-of-charge subject to the Delivery Time Guarantee Disclaimers below.
• All Other International Orders
If an order has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 60 days since the order was processed you may request a refund or have the order resent free-of-charge subject to the Delivery Time Guarantee Disclaimers below.
• Delivery Time Guarantee Disclaimers
− At the sole discretion of ninenine, the 60-day refund policy noted above may be nullified or extended due to random events such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or postal worker labor disputes that may impact various delivery locations.
− No replacements or refunds will be issued on items that show as successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer.
− No replacements or refunds will be issued where incorrect address information is provided by customers, deliveries that are uncollected by customers from designated collection points, or missed delivery attempts.
ReturnsUnless stated above, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Please note, as we produce everything on demand we do not accept returns or process refunds for wrongly ordered products or designs, "change of mind" or wrongly ordered sizes (please refer to "Shoe Size Guarantee" above.)Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Wrongly ordered products, designs, sizes, or "change of mind" (i.e. buyer's remorse) won’t be eligible for refunds or exchange. We make everything on demand, so requesting a size exchange or a different product would mean producing an entirely new product.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should send us an email at info@ninenine.co.uk for details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we are responsible for the return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Items Damaged or Poor Quality:
Items that are damaged or shipped with a poor-quality print will be replaced at no additional cost, however, we are not responsible for items damaged in shipping. Please contact info@ninenine.co.uk and provide photographic evidence of the damaged item with any replacement requests. Please ensure you also quote your 4-digit order number in the email subject line with any replacement requests. Requests to replace must be received within 30 days of original item being delivered.
Wrong Product Shipped/Missing Items:
If we ship the wrong product to you, please provide photographic evidence showing how the product differs from what was ordered and we will replace or refund any such items at no additional cost. If there are missing items in an order please tell us the items that are missing and we will send the missing item.
